Vicki Feaver grew up in Nottingham “in a house of quarrelling women”, an emotional inheritance which finds later expression in her poetry. A central concern of her work is female creativity and its repression, and her poems negotiate brilliantly between the two realities of passionate hatred and love.
Ben Banyard was born in Solihull in 1975 and moved to the West Country in 1994 to read English Literature and Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Plymouth’s former arts and education campus in Exmouth.
